As the newly appointed Principal I have quickly realised that Minnamurra Public School proudly serves the communities of Kiama Downs, Gainsborough, Minnamurra, Bombo and Dunmore Lakes. The school is set in an idyllic location adjacent to Minnamurra River, Mystics Beach and Minnamurra Headland. Our spacious and attractive school site provides students with a safe and well resourced learning environment.

Minnamurra Public School has an enviable reputation in student achievement and welfare. Since our establishment in 1976, our academic, cultural and sporting programs have engaged students in a wide range of quality learning experiences. In 2006 we received the director General Achievement Award for designing, delivering and promoting quality education. Statewide assessments in literacy and numeracy have regularly seen Minnamurra’s results at above state average.
