Minnamurra Public School welcomes enrolments from primary age students living in the areas of Minnamurra, Kiama Downs, Gainsborough, Bombo and Dunmore Lakes Estate. Some out of area placements will also be considered if class space is available and special application for enrolment has been submitted.
A student is eligible in age for enrolment in Kindergarten if they turn five before 31 July in the year of enrolment.
The staff in the school administrative office at Minnamurra Public School will happily take enquiries from parents and carers of eligible students at any time during the school day.
When contact is made with the school for kindergarten enrolments, the details of prospective kindergarten students are entered in an office register. Application for enrolment packs are sent to the families of these students in Term 3 of the year before enrolment. Packs contain information, an application for enrolment form and an invitation to attend orientation at the school.
If a student is transferring to Minnamurra Public School from another public school, an independent school or from interstate, enquiries to the school office are invited from parents and carers of prospective enrolments.
