The SRC is made up of student representatives from Years 2 to 6.  Classes from Years 2 to 6 elect students to join the SRC and discuss issues they would like raised. The school captains and vice captains are also included. From the elected students they then select  a president and vice president. In 2009 a new position of Secretary was added.

The SRC meet regulaly to discuss and plan events they are involved in across the year. They run special days, such as Mufti Days to raise money for charity and for the school.  The children select the charities they wish to support, often with emphasis and organisations that students have had some degree of personal contact with.

They often work with the prinicpal on issues directly related to the students that have been raised in class or at the meetings.
